We're trying to practice what we teach. We believe a small lifestyle is a responsible way to approach domestic life. We want to be kind to the environment, but we also want to be kind to ourselves. We don't think of it as trying to stuff all of our things into a smaller house. It makes us conscious of the things we own; makes us choose with intention what we spend our money, our time, and our energy on.
